• Feeling depressed or even suicidal because of gambling.

Take a moment to reflect on these three simple questions to assess whether you may have a gambling-related issue:
• In the past 12 months, have you felt restless, irritable, or anxious when trying to cut down or stop gambling?
• In the past 12 months, have you hidden the extent of your gambling from family or friends?
• In the past 12 months, have you faced financial difficulties because of gambling, requiring help from family, friends, or welfare?
